Patient Navigation

Our healthcare system can be overly complicated with many patients facing complicated treatment regimens, individualized therapies, and rapidly changing evidential recommendations for existing therapies.   Patient navigators are an important part of the urology practice team that can alleviate some of this burden from the patient by serving as a direct resource as a single point of contact to assist with questions about your disease, coordinating appointments, care coordination among providers, connecting you with resources and financial assistance.  Our goal is to streamline your care preventing possible delays in treatment elevating the quality of care we provide to our patients. We currently have patient navigation programs for prostate cancer, BPH, and OAB.
