Urology Associates of Central California (UACC) is the only self-contained Urology campus in Central California. We have 9 urologists including Dr. Jamie DiPietro, who is the only female urologist in this area. UACC has the only fellow-ship trained Uro-gynecologist in Dr. Benjamin Steinberg. Some other highlights of our 40,000 square foot campus include:
- Urology-specific ambulatory surgery center with 3 operating rooms, and the only fixed extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) machine for crushing kidney stones in the area.
- Fully functional histology and cytology laboratory.
- In-house laboratory that will take most insurance.
- In-house CT scan machine. Studies are read within two hours of completion.
- Two diagnostic ultrasound suites with studies that are also read within two hours of completion.
- Infusion room for patients comfort during infusions and percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS).
- Bone densitometry machine.
- Two x-ray suites with electronic system for viewing x-rays.
